Nitin Jain is the Global Program Lead for Infrastructure and Nature Based Solutions at the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA). Prior to GCA, Nitin helped manage the implementation of the U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation’s urban water utility reform program in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He has also spent several years working with the World Bank in Washington D.C. working on infrastructure programs across Africa and Asia, with a specific focus on fragile and conflict affected states.
