Mark Harvey is currently the Head of Profession for Infrastructure and Urban Advisers in the UK’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) (formerly DFID).  He has 30 years’ experience with FCDO and its predecessors in several developing countries and infrastructure sectors at project, programme and policy levels.  Prior to this he had 10 years professional experience in engineering consultancy.
