Mountainous regions face threats from debris flows that disrupt road networks, jeopardizing food security. This research addresses the gap in understanding the cascading impact on food resilience, focusing on modeling scenarios to develop strategies for resilient mountainous road infrastructure. This research, tailored for the Eastern Himalayas, offers a three-stage solution to reinforce mountainous road networks integrating Debris Flow Hazard Modeling, Transportation Network Disruption Modeling and Impact on Food Security assessment, employing state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms for optimal emergency supply prepositioning, ultimately fostering community resilience. Emphasizing accessibility and applicability via Web-GIS dissemination, this research offers insights for global resilient infrastructure development.
