Isha Khurana

Isha comes with a decade of experience in the legal, policy, and regulation domains. She specializes in researching institutional governance frameworks, developing policies, and fostering stakeholder cooperation to ensure successful implementation. Her interest lies in understanding the entwined nature of the black letter law, especially of social welfare legislations and their implementation.

Prior to joining CDRI, Isha worked at the Centre for Policy Research, contributing to various Constitutional, Legislative, and Regulatory studies, with a focus on urban public service delivery, WASH services, slum dwellers' access to basic services, and rights awareness for individuals with mental disabilities. She has also served as an Assistant Professor (Law) at various private institutions.

Isha holds a Doctorate in Disability Rights Law from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, and is an alumnus of Dr. RML National Law University, Lucknow.
