Aaron heads the regional and country programmes in CDRI. A strategic development leader and seasoned diplomat with over 15 years of experience, Aaron has led multisectoral programs across Asia and Africa. His work has focused on resilience, infrastructure systems strengthening, disaster risk reduction (DRR), and regional cooperation. He brings a proven track record in shaping and executing multi-country initiatives that align with both national priorities and global frameworks—particularly those aimed at promoting climate-resilient, inclusive, and sustainable infrastructure.

Aaron is adept at delivering context-specific technical assistance through government-led platforms, forging high-level trilateral and multilateral partnerships, and advancing systemic reforms through evidence-based policy dialogue and innovation in development financing.

He also excels in advising national and subnational governments on systems-level transformations in critical areas such as infrastructure, energy, disaster resilience, health, education, and emergency response—all while strengthening institutional capacity and fostering local ownership.
