CDRI’s DRI Pavilion returns to COP30, championing “Resilient Infrastructure: Resilient Future.” It will highlight investment-driven resilience dividends, DRI’s role in climate adaptation, and regional priorities.

As a global hub, it fosters collaboration among governments, organizations, and the private sector to share experiences and shape resilient infrastructure strategies.

The Pavilion continues to lead the global agenda on disaster resilient infrastructure and adaptation at UNFCCC COPs.

At COP30, CDRI will launch its 2nd Global Infrastructure Resilience Report, highlighting the resilience dividend, long-term social, economic, and environmental gains. New initiatives include the EU–South Asia DRR Programme, and more.

At COP30, we’ll launch the Action Agenda for Integrating DRI into National Adaptation Strategies, a strategic guide offering practical, globally relevant recommendations to help governments embed resilient infrastructure into their climate adaptation frameworks.

Coalition Connect at the DRI Pavilion will be a dynamic space for CDRI members and partners to share insights, deepen partnerships, and ignite fresh opportunities to advance resilient infrastructure and shape a more secure future.

Aishwarya Pillai

Lead Specialist

Alpana heads institutional partnerships, governance, and resource mobilization at CDRI, advancing cross-sector collaborations that drive resilient infrastructure programming across Member Countries and organizations. With over 25 years of experience spanning international development, global health, and the non-profit sector, she brings deep expertise in fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and delivering strategic change. 

At CDRI, Alpana has been pivotal in forging strategic alliances with governments, international organizations, and philanthropies. She also plays a key role in fortifying institutional systems and board governance mechanisms as the Coalition transitions into an international organization. 

Before joining CDRI, Alpana held senior leadership roles at The George Institute for Global Health, Plan India, WaterAid India, and SOS Children’s Villages, leading institutional fundraising and cultivating strategic partnerships for social impact. 

She holds a Master’s in Finance & Control from Aligarh Muslim University and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School (CSR India). Her work is driven by a commitment to building enduring, values-based partnerships that accelerate sustainable development outcomes.
