Shabnam Parveen

Shabnam brings more than 15 years of experience in recruitment, human resources operations, training and development, payroll management, employee engagement, statutory compliances, policy drafting and implementation, and HR audits. Additionally, she has worked in facility management and general administration.

Prior to joining CDRI, Shabnam worked in the managerial capacity with multinational organizations such as GE - Energy, Greka India Ltd. and Danieli India Ltd. in the power, oil and gas, and steel manufacturing sector, respectively. She has also worked in the development sector with organizations such as Azad Foundation, Language and Learning Foundation, and Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER).

Shabnam holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Master’s in Commerce, and is a certified ISO internal Auditor and HRBP.
