Rajita Agarwal, Deputy Director, Finance & Accounts, is a first attempt Chartered Accountant with about two decades of progressive experience in Grants & Finance Management, Auditing and Operations. She has a successful track record of establishing and strengthening the financial control systems for many National & International Organizations in not-for-profit sector and has been the mentor for many partner NGOs in strengthening financial systems, donor reporting and establishing Financial and Procedures Manuals.

She considers people engagement as a cornerstone of her leadership style and is passionate in the relentless pursuit of excellence & performance delivery. Likes working smart with speed & agility. Prior to joining CDRI, Rajita has worked with multiple global Organizations like William J. Clinton Foundation, Population Services International & Family Health International (FHI360).
