Raina Singh

Raina brings more than 14 years of experience in policy research, data and knowledge support, technical advisory and capacity building for governments, civil society organizations, research and academic institutions.

Before joining CDRI, she has worked with C40 Cities, National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). As part of these engagements, she has contributed to the development and implementation of key national and international initiativestowards mainstreaming climate action and disaster resilience in 100+ cities across South and South East Asia. As an urban policy and resilience expert, she supported the development of Government of India’s National Mission on Sustainable Habitat 2021-2030.

Raina holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Environmental Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi. She has several published articles and research papers to her credit, and has delivered teaching assignments at SPA Delhi and TERI School of Advanced Studies.
