Aishwarya has more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing communications solutions across sectors and thematic areas. Post her stint in the IT sector, she moved to the development sector, where she has been anchoring internal and external communications for international organizations, including UN agencies, and key donor-funded projects for more than a decade. Her work has spanned themes as diverse as maternal, new-born and child health and nutrition, ICT for development, and decentralization and local governance. She is experienced in crafting forums to engage stakeholders as part of knowledge sharing and peer learning initiatives. As part of her fieldwork with different organizations, Aishwarya has documented programme activities, case studies as well as stories of change which have been used in dissemination and advocacy activities.
She has a Masters in English Literature from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
