Lorsque les services d'infrastructure tels que l'eau, l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et les transports tombent en panne pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes, les effets d'entra\u00eenement perturbent les entreprises, les moyens de subsistance et les services publics essentiels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En utilisant le mod\u00e8le mondial des risques li\u00e9s aux infrastructures et l'indice de r\u00e9silience (GIRI) en conjonction avec le mod\u00e8le de l'\u00e9conomie verte (GEM), l'\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les co\u00fbts indirects sont, en moyenne, 7,4 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que les dommages directs, atteignant jusqu'\u00e0 16 fois plus dans certains pays. Entre 2025 et 2050, les d\u00e9faillances des infrastructures pourraient r\u00e9duire la croissance du PIB de 5,2% par an, les pertes s'\u00e9levant \u00e0 7,4% d'ici \u00e0 2050, voire plus dans les pays vuln\u00e9rables comme le Bangladesh et les Philippines.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est essentiel que la reconstruction rapide r\u00e9duise les impacts de mani\u00e8re significative - une reprise de 10 ans r\u00e9duit les pertes de PIB \u00e0 3%, tandis qu'une reprise de 4 ans les r\u00e9duit \u00e0 2,27%.
