Il met en \u00e9vidence la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des PEID aux risques climatiques et g\u00e9ologiques en raison de leur territoire limit\u00e9, de leur taille \u00e9conomique et de la concentration de leurs infrastructures c\u00f4ti\u00e8res.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le document estime que les pertes annuelles moyennes sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es, en particulier dans les secteurs de l'\u00e9nergie et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, et pr\u00e9voit des risques accrus li\u00e9s au changement climatique.
