Trois groupes d'experts ont identifi\u00e9 des obstacles dans les domaines du financement, des normes et des donn\u00e9es.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les solutions cl\u00e9s comprennent le lancement d'un centre mondial de donn\u00e9es sur les PEID, la garantie d'une couverture d'alerte pr\u00e9coce de 100% d'ici 2030, l'\u00e9laboration de codes de conception sp\u00e9cifiques aux PEID, la num\u00e9risation de l'application des normes et l'\u00e9tablissement d'un lien entre le financement et le respect des normes de r\u00e9silience.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plan d'action pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation d'unit\u00e9s de r\u00e9silience au sein des minist\u00e8res des finances, la rationalisation de l'accr\u00e9ditation et la mise en place d'une main-d'\u0153uvre locale qualifi\u00e9e.
