documents contractuels pour les projets relevant du Programme national d\u2019infrastructures (NIP) en vue d\u2019atteindre les objectifs de r\u00e9silience&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude analyse et optimise les accords types et documents contractuels li\u00e9s au financement et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de projets d\u2019infrastructure dans les secteurs des routes, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et des chemins de fer. Elle encourage l\u2019int\u00e9gration de dispositifs de r\u00e9silience tout au long du cycle de vie des actifs afin de renforcer leur durabilit\u00e9 et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire face aux risques.<\/p>\n<p>Sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du D\u00e9partement des affaires \u00e9conomiques du minist\u00e8re des Finances, elle examine les accords de concession types, les dossiers d\u2019appel d\u2019offres standardis\u00e9s ainsi que les cadres r\u00e9glementaires et politiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet propose un outil d\u2019analyse co\u00fbts-avantages (ACA) ax\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9silience, \u00e9valuant la robustesse des actifs sur leur cycle de vie pour orienter les investissements vers des infrastructures durables et
