en renfor\u00e7ant leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir rapidement le service apr\u00e8s des \u00e9v\u00e9nements climatiques extr\u00eames, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un soutien mutuel renforc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il pr\u00e9voit l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un plan d\u2019affaires et d\u2019une plateforme d\u2019entrep\u00f4t virtuel pour les achats group\u00e9s dans le cadre du Programme d\u2019assistance du CARILEC en cas de catastrophe (CDAP), afin de garantir un acc\u00e8s plus rapide aux \u00e9quipements et fournitures essentiels.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet vise \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les d\u00e9fis r\u00e9gionaux d\u2019approvisionnement et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper, avec des agences multilat\u00e9rales, des strat\u00e9gies de gestion des risques financiers pour
