des risques climatiques sur les infrastructures essentielles \u00e0 travers une analyse ascendante et transnationale couvrant l\u2019Asie, l\u2019Afrique, l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine et les Cara\u00efbes. <\/p>\n<p>Il identifie les tendances cl\u00e9s influen\u00e7ant la r\u00e9silience budg\u00e9taire en analysant divers chocs climatiques. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 mesure que les al\u00e9as climatiques s\u2019intensifient, leur co\u00fbt \u00e9conomique sur les infrastructures menace la stabilit\u00e9. Malgr\u00e9 le r\u00f4le central des gouvernements dans la r\u00e9ponse, les recherches portant sur les dimensions fiscales demeurent rares, faisant de cette \u00e9tude une contribution essentielle et
