r\u00e9silience des infrastructures \u00e0 Tonga<\/span><\/p><p>En 2021, Tonga a adopt\u00e9 la Loi sur la gestion des risques de catastrophe (DRM Act), rempla\u00e7ant la loi de 2007 sur la gestion des urgences et marquant le passage d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse r\u00e9active \u00e0 une gestion proactive des risques.<\/p><p>L\u2019Evaluation de la r\u00e9silience des infrastructures a permis \u00e0 Tonga d\u2019identifier ses vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s, d\u2019rep\u00e9rer les lacunes et de d\u00e9finir les am\u00e9liorations prioritaires.<\/p><p>La feuille de route pour la r\u00e9silience des infrastructures renforce les capacit\u00e9s afin de garantir que les services essentiels r\u00e9sistent aux catastrophes et s\u2019en r\u00e9tablissent. Elle am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement la coordination intersectorielle, att\u00e9nuant les effets en cascade entre syst\u00e8mes d\u2019infrastructures interd\u00e9pendants, et favorise des
