pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la r\u00e9silience des infrastructures, un instrument strat\u00e9gique permettant aux nations d\u2019\u00e9valuer leur r\u00e9silience, d\u2019identifier les lacunes essentielles et de d\u00e9finir des mesures cibl\u00e9es d\u2019am\u00e9lioration.<\/p><p>Cette m\u00e9thodologie fournit aux gouvernements des analyses fond\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es afin
