ICDRI 2025 : Points forts du programme et synthèses des sessions

L’ICDRI 2025 a souligné l’importance d’infrastructures résilientes pour les SIDS, en valorisant les capacités locales, la planification basée sur les données et un financement inclusif. Les dirigeants ont plaidé pour une résilience proactive, la mutualisation des projets et l’intégration des risques budgétaires. Des solutions communautaires, des approches fondées sur la nature et des échanges entre pairs ont enrichi les discussions.   

Les recommandations clés incluent le SIDS Global Data Hub, l’amélioration des alertes précoces, des bourses et centres de formation régionaux. Le financement repose sur la vulnérabilité, des conditions concessionnelles et une accréditation simplifiée. Les échanges technologiques ont promu des outils adaptés localement et des solutions d’analyse des risques basées sur l’intelligence artificielle pour renforcer la résilience des infrastructures côtières.  

La conférence a appelé à intégrer la résilience dans chaque phase des infrastructures, grâce aux données ouvertes, au renforcement des capacités et à la coopération internationale.

At CDRI, Alpana has been pivotal in forging strategic alliances with governments, international organizations, and philanthropies. She also plays a key role in fortifying institutional systems and board governance mechanisms as the Coalition transitions into an international organization. 

Before joining CDRI, Alpana held senior leadership roles at The George Institute for Global Health, Plan India, WaterAid India, and SOS Children’s Villages, leading institutional fundraising and cultivating strategic partnerships for social impact. 

She holds a Master’s in Finance & Control from Aligarh Muslim University and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School (CSR India). Her work is driven by a commitment to building enduring, values-based partnerships that accelerate sustainable development outcomes.
