Project name:Communauté de pratique sur la résilience des infrastructures de santé (CdP-RIS)

La CDRI, en collaboration avec l’OMS Inde, a mis en place la Communauté de pratique sur les infrastructures de santé résilientes (CdP-RIS), un forum mondial exclusif destiné aux experts en matière de santé, d'infrastructures et de risques liés aux catastrophes.

La CdP promeut la collaboration, le partage des connaissances et l’innovation pour renforcer la résilience des infrastructures. À travers des groupes de travail, webinaires et orientations techniques, la CdP-RIS développe un réseau mondial engagé à renforcer les infrastructures de santé et à faire progresser la préparation aux catastrophes et la résilience à l’échelle mondiale.

La CdP-RIS a contribué à créer un nouveau Cadre pour des infrastructures de santé résilientes, aidant les pays à sécuriser leurs établissements et à mieux se préparer aux catastrophes à l’échelle mondiale.

Elle participe activement aux DRI Dialogues et webinaires internationaux, favorisant le partage d’expériences, de bonnes pratiques et de stratégies innovantes pour renforcer la résilience des infrastructures de santé face aux risques émergents à l’échelle mondiale.

Les membres de la CdP-RIS produisent rapports, études de cas et outils pratiques. Ces ressources offrent des orientations essentielles pour aider les pays à concevoir, évaluer et mettre en œuvre des mesures de résilience efficaces dans leurs systèmes d’infrastructure de santé.

Lead Specialist

Alpana heads institutional partnerships, governance, and resource mobilization at CDRI, advancing cross-sector collaborations that drive resilient infrastructure programming across Member Countries and organizations. With over 25 years of experience spanning international development, global health, and the non-profit sector, she brings deep expertise in fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and delivering strategic change. 

At CDRI, Alpana has been pivotal in forging strategic alliances with governments, international organizations, and philanthropies. She also plays a key role in fortifying institutional systems and board governance mechanisms as the Coalition transitions into an international organization. 

Before joining CDRI, Alpana held senior leadership roles at The George Institute for Global Health, Plan India, WaterAid India, and SOS Children’s Villages, leading institutional fundraising and cultivating strategic partnerships for social impact. 

She holds a Master’s in Finance & Control from Aligarh Muslim University and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School (CSR India). Her work is driven by a commitment to building enduring, values-based partnerships that accelerate sustainable development outcomes.
