Les webinaires de la CDRI sensibilisent aux effets des catastrophes et du changement climatique sur les infrastructures, en mettant en lumière les répercussions pour les entreprises, les communautés et les individus.

Ils réunissent des experts internationaux afin de partager des solutions pratiques et des exemples éprouvés, favorisant ainsi l’apprentissage mutuel sur les politiques publiques et les stratégies des entreprises.

Les webinaires encouragent également le dialogue visant à renforcer la résilience grâce à la collaboration entre groupes de travail sectoriels, à accroître la sensibilisation des parties prenantes et à réduire les risques pour les économies nationales et mondiales.

Les webinaires renforcent efficacement la compréhension des impacts des catastrophes sur les infrastructures essentielles, en mettant en avant les vulnérabilités, les perturbations potentielles des services essentiels et l’urgence de la planification de la résilience ainsi que des stratégies d’atténuation des risques.

Les participants acquièrent une perception approfondie de l’importance majeure de développer des infrastructures résilientes face au climat et aux catastrophes, reconnaissant leur rôle dans la protection des communautés et des économies, tout en appréciant les bénéfices durables de la résilience grâce à la réduction des risques et au maintien des fonctions essentielles.

Lead Specialist

Alpana heads institutional partnerships, governance, and resource mobilization at CDRI, advancing cross-sector collaborations that drive resilient infrastructure programming across Member Countries and organizations. With over 25 years of experience spanning international development, global health, and the non-profit sector, she brings deep expertise in fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and delivering strategic change. 

At CDRI, Alpana has been pivotal in forging strategic alliances with governments, international organizations, and philanthropies. She also plays a key role in fortifying institutional systems and board governance mechanisms as the Coalition transitions into an international organization. 

Before joining CDRI, Alpana held senior leadership roles at The George Institute for Global Health, Plan India, WaterAid India, and SOS Children’s Villages, leading institutional fundraising and cultivating strategic partnerships for social impact. 

She holds a Master’s in Finance & Control from Aligarh Muslim University and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School (CSR India). Her work is driven by a commitment to building enduring, values-based partnerships that accelerate sustainable development outcomes.
