Este documento de trabajo de GIRS 2025 ofrece la evaluaci\u00f3n global m\u00e1s exhaustiva sobre la resiliencia de la infraestructura, basada en las aportaciones de m\u00e1s de 3.000 profesionales en m\u00e1s de 100 pa\u00edses.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destaca una creciente concienciaci\u00f3n, la ampliaci\u00f3n de los marcos normativos y un mayor inter\u00e9s en tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas y soluciones basadas en la naturaleza. Sin embargo, persisten brechas significativas entre la ambici\u00f3n y la implementaci\u00f3n. Solo entre el 12% y el 15% informa de una aplicaci\u00f3n integral de medidas de resiliencia, con un cumplimiento d\u00e9bil de la normativa, evaluaciones de riesgos inconsistentes y sistemas de datos fragmentados. La escasez de capacidades, particularmente en las instituciones p\u00fablicas, limita la planificaci\u00f3n, el mantenimiento y la supervisi\u00f3n regulatoria, mientras que la financiaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa estando fuertemente orientada hacia la reconstrucci\u00f3n posterior a desastres en lugar de la prevenci\u00f3n. No obstante, regiones como Asia Oriental y el Pac\u00edfico muestran s\u00f3lidas capacidades institucionales, y los gobiernos a escala global identifican el fortalecimiento normativo como una prioridad principal.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
