Sikkim, propenso a terremotos, inundaciones y GLOF, se enfrentaba a vulnerabilidades en 178 instalaciones sanitarias.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto elabor\u00f3 un marco integral de infraestructuras sanitarias resilientes que abarcaba el funcionamiento de los hospitales, la seguridad de los edificios, los servicios cr\u00edticos, los sistemas comunitarios y la gobernanza. Entre las acciones clave se incluyeron talleres de capacitaci\u00f3n, simulacros y la creaci\u00f3n de un Plan Hospitalario de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Cat\u00e1strofes y Resiliencia (HDRM&amp;RP). Tras el GLOF de 2023, el marco sirvi\u00f3 de gu\u00eda para una respuesta y una recuperaci\u00f3n eficaces. La iniciativa hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la integraci\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica, las reformas pol\u00edticas y la coordinaci\u00f3n multisectorial.
