meteorol\u00f3gicos extremos mejorando los mecanismos de apoyo mutuo.<\/p>\n<p>Desarrollar\u00e1 un plan de negocios y una plataforma de almac\u00e9n virtual para la adquisici\u00f3n conjunta bajo el Programa de Asistencia en Casos de Desastre (CDAP) de CARILEC, asegurando un acceso m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido a los equipos y suministros cr\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto abordar\u00e1 los desaf\u00edos regionales en materia de adquisiciones y explorar\u00e1 estrategias de absorci\u00f3n del riesgo financiero con organismos multilaterales para mejorar la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro y la
