afectada repetidamente por terremotos, inundaciones y deslizamientos de tierra, que merman los avances en materia de desarrollo y obligan a desviar los escasos recursos de las inversiones previstas hacia la respuesta a emergencias. El cambio clim\u00e1tico agrava estas vulnerabilidades, especialmente en las infraestructuras energ\u00e9ticas y de transporte.<\/p><p>La CDRI llev\u00f3 a cabo una evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los riesgos fiscales en sectores cr\u00edticos, que ha culminado en este informe.<\/p><p>El estudio subraya la importancia de estrategias de financiaci\u00f3n en varios niveles, reservas m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas y normas de infraestructura resilientes para salvaguardar las finanzas p\u00fablicas y mantener el crecimiento en un contexto de crecientes presiones derivadas de los
