But\u00e1n, analizando los riesgos, los peligros y los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico en las infraestructuras y las redes. Mediante la revisi\u00f3n de las pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n hist\u00f3ricas y actuales y la aplicaci\u00f3n de una matriz de probabilidad de peligros, se identificaron las principales vulnerabilidades.\u00a0<\/p><p>El estudio propuso un marco integral de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos centrado en estrategias de planificaci\u00f3n, preparaci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y reducci\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/p><p>Estos hallazgos respaldan los esfuerzos para mejorar la resiliencia y la fiabilidad de los sistemas energ\u00e9ticos de But\u00e1n en medio de los retos medioambientales en constante
