Ashis brings over 20 years of experience in international development in Asia (South & East Asia) in a diverse and multi-disciplinary team. He has worked on several global projects focusing on Asia & Africa to establish innovative systems & processes for operational effectiveness. He has provided strategic leadership in the area of Financial Management, Grant Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management & Procurement, Logistics & Administration, Information Technology, Corporate Security, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance, in driving growth and impact. Ashis has working experience of many international donor grants such as EU, DFAT, FCDO, MOFA Japan, USAID, MFAT New Zealand, KOICA, ECHO, and funding from UN agencies like UNWFP, UNFAO, and UNICEF.

Ashis holds an MBA with a specialization in Financial Management. He is a qualified Public Accountant, a Fellow CPA (FCPA) from CPA Australia, a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from Association of Internationally Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), USA. He has also pursued MSc in Supply Chain Management & Global Logistics from University of London.
