Santiago Persico, architect graduated of Buenos Aires University, is the Director of Monitoring and Control of Public Investment of Projects, assisting and advising in the realization of investment projects. He also coordinates actions with government agencies of all levels, other institutions and stakeholders that participate in the preinvestment process. He participates in the definition of criteria and evaluations of priorities, for the granting of financing to entities of different sectors for the preparation of preinvestment studies. He assists the National Preinvestment Office in accordance with the priorities established.

Santiago Persico has developed all his career in the public area, in the management and planning of different projects. He analyzed territorial information in order to collaborate in the elaboration of plans and programs related to urban planning. As regards the normative instruments, he studied morphological consultations of large urban projects, urban interpretation, uses and historical protection and elaborated updates of processes, procedures and ordinances referring to the Urban Planning and Building Code.
